ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to lead the development and implementation of our data analytics solutions.

As a Technical Data Scientist, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in statistics, machine learning, and programming to analyze complex data sets, extract valuable insights, and develop predictive models to support decision-making processes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, identify data sources, and design experiments to gather relevant data.

Additionally, you will be responsible for cleaning, preprocessing, and transforming data to prepare it for analysis, as well as developing and implementing algorithms to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations in the data.

The role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.

ABOUT YOU

  • Deep understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques.

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, as well as experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy).

  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

  • Strong knowledge of data visualization techniques and tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau).

  • Familiarity with big data technologies and platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, SQL) is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large, complex data sets.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward.

  • A proactive approach to learning and staying updated on emerging trends and technologies in data science and analytics.

  • Previous experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or e-commerce is a plus.

  • A passion for using data to drive business insights and decision-making processes.
