About the role
You will work closely with the game design and art teams to bring creative visions to life, leveraging your expertise to build robust and performant gameplay experiences.

You have

  • Proven experience as a Senior Game Developer with shipped game titles

  • Proficiency in C++ programming language, with a strong understanding of its core concepts and features.

  • In-depth knowledge of game development principles, including game mechanics, physics, AI, and multiplayer networking.

  • Knowledge of data-oriented design principles and experience applying them to improve software architecture and performance.

  • Experience with performance optimization techniques for improving frame rates, memory usage, and loading times.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues and implement effective solutions.

  • Experience developing games or applications using the Unreal Engine.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming trends, player preferences, and industry best practices.

  • Experience with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.

  • A strong commitment to quality and a drive to deliver polished and engaging game experiences.
