About the role
As a QA lead, you will be responsible for leading and building our QA organization from scratch, ensuring high standards throughout all phases of development for the development of our highly innovative game that combines elements of MOBAs, MMOs and RTS games into something completely unique.
What you will do:
Define and implement strategies for how to scale our QA organization
Establish QA processes and setting up testing pipelines in close collaboration with production and development teams
Organize and oversee external QA efforts, including outsourcing
Regularly provide updates on current health of the project
You have
Set up a QA function up from scratch
Proven experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years of experience in a QA leadership role.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
