Build Engineer
We're seeking a Build Engineer for our studio in Stockholm, Sweden.

As a Build Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain a cross-platform build system to support the production process of Project Gundalf, an upcoming Next Generation Massive MOBA title. The solution will be based on well-known tools such as Bazel, but the implementation will be bespoke to support the requirements at hand. The build system will support PC, Linux, Mac, consoles, as well as backend projects, web projects, and potentially also building game content.
Strong proficiency in build systems with deep understanding of their concepts and best practices
Knowledge of distributed systems such as Bazel is a big plus.
Proficiency in programming languages including TypeScript and Python with the ability to write clean, maintainable code for build automation.
Extensive experience with CI systems such as GitHub Actions, or similar, including configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
Knowledge of distribution platforms such as Steam and Epic Store is a big plus .
Knowledge of cloud services, particularly GCP, is a plus.
Knowledge of IaC frameworks such as Terraform is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex build issues efficiently.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
